The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Partnership & Business Development Intern (based in the Philippines to work within the US timezone) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with high energy, a competitive mindset, and a passion for driving business growth. As a key contributor to our sales pipeline, you will play a critical role in identifying new opportunities, generating partnership leads, pitching Volopay for potential partnerships with other businesses, and supporting our sales team in achieving ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality leads across multiple markets to fuel the SDR pipeline.

  • Curate and maintain targeted prospect lists for daily outreach activities.

  • Conduct market and customer research using LinkedIn and other digital tools.

  • Collaborate with data mining agencies and explore new tools to enhance lead quality.

  • Maintain data hygiene and accuracy in CRM platforms, ensuring seamless workflow.

  • Continuously optimize data processes to support sales efficiency.

  • Understand and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to ensure aligned targeting.

  • Work closely with the Partnership team to identify winning outreach strategies and iterate based on feedback.

  • Execute cold calls and initial outreach to Partnership leads, primarily during US business hours.

  • Excellent time management for both lead generation and cold calling responsibilities.


Skills & Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

  • Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills tailored for engaging with US-based clients.

  • A proactive attitude with a keen attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
