The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Specialist to own and drive our organic growth strategy. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for building a scaleable SEO framework that helps us attract, engage, and convert our target B2B audience. This role requires deep technical SEO expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate SEO insights into impactful business results.
Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution
Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business objectives.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience profiling to identify high-value opportunities.
Own on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives to improve search visibility and organic growth.

Technical SEO & Site Health
Monitor and optimize website architecture, crawl-ability, indexation, and page speed.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement structured data, schema markup, canonicalization, and site performance improvements.
Perform regular SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting rankings.

Content Optimization & Strategy Support
Partner with content and product marketing teams to develop SEO-driven content roadmaps.
Optimize landing pages, product pages, and blogs for target keywords and conversions.
Ensure alignment of content with buyer journey and SaaS-specific search intent.

AI & GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
Stay ahead of evolving AI-driven search engines (Google SGE, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude, Grok etc.).
Navigate, track, measure, and improve AI search visibility for branded and non-branded queries.
Experiment with strategies for answer engine optimization (AEO) and inclusion in generative AI results.

Analytics, Reporting & Growth
Track, measure, and report on SEO KPIs (traffic, rankings, conversions, pipeline contribution).
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog to identify trends and opportunities.
A/B test SEO initiatives to validate impact.

Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with demand generation, paid media, and product marketing to ensure an integrated growth strategy.
Provide SEO insights for campaigns, product launches, and global expansion initiatives.
Educate internal teams on SEO best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
4–6+ years of proven SEO experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech industries.
Strong expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
Hands-on experience with major SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, Google Search Console, GA4).
Solid understanding of B2B buyer journeys, SaaS funnels, and lead-generation-focused SEO.
Must be familiar with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and demonstrate ability to track, measure, and improve AI search visibility.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams.
Track record of delivering measurable organic growth results.
Bonus / Nice-to-Have Preferences
Experience working on international SEO (multi-region, multi-language optimization).
Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools and automation workflows.
Background in content marketing strategy or editorial SEO.
Strong network for ethical link-building and digital PR.
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing platforms.
Previous experience scaling SEO in a high-growth SaaS startup.
