As a Sales Management Trainee at Vucar, you will engage in an intensive training program designed to develop essential skills in sales management and customer relations. You'll actively participate in building strategic projects, refining sales processes, and collaborating with various teams to optimize services and enhance the car trading experience.

• Business Development: Implement and refine business strategies and sales processes to ensure professional and smooth transaction executions.
• Sales Management: Monitor and analyze operational costs and profit data to optimize business performance.
• Customer Experience Improvement: Directly interact with customers and partners to build relationships and improve service offerings based on their feedback.
• Innovative Sales Tactics: Develop and test new sales approaches to increase revenue and conversion rates.

• Open to third or fourth-year students majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; also open to individuals with minimal experience but who possess a dynamic spirit and are not afraid of challenges.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a creative and innovative work environment.
• Excellent communication skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  

• "Can-do" attitude, capable of fast learning and handling high-pressure situations.
• Excellent management skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders to implement strategies.
• Experience in a tech startup or technology-driven company environment is a plus.
