1. Essential requirements/competencies:
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Honest, hardworking, attentive, and eager to learn.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, tax policies, and HR practices.
  • Strong communication skills, with English proficiency being a plus.
  • A proactive mindset with a "can-do" attitude and the ability to adapt in a startup environment.
  • Good time management and willingness to handle diverse tasks.

Ideal candidate's attributes/work experience:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, accounting software, or HR tools is a bonus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team.
  • Willingness to take on challenges and learn new skills.
2. Technical requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software or tools like QuickBooks, MISA, or Excel.
  • Awareness of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance processes (training will be provided).
  • Familiarity with document organization and data entry.
3. What will you do at Vucar:Accounting tasks:
  • Assist in updating daily revenue data in CRM and accounting software, issuing and managing invoices for clients and partners.
  • Support the team in verifying and inputting purchase and sales invoices.
  • Assist in organizing and filing financial and legal documents.
HR tasks:
  • Support HR processes related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance (under supervision).
  • Assist in the recruitment process, such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Help plan and execute team-building activities, company parties, and events.
  • Prepare draft HR reports as instructed by the supervisor.
  • Support other tasks as assigned by the team or BOD.
Objectives for the first 90 days:
  • Gain familiarity with Vucar’s accounting and HR systems and workflows.
  • Learn to accurately manage revenue data and assist with invoices.
  • Provide support for recruitment and HR record maintenance.
  • Learn the basics of insurance processes and assist the team in handling compliance tasks.
End-of-Internship objectives:
  • Build foundational skills in accounting and HR operations.
  • Develop confidence in handling entry-level tasks independently.
  • Gain exposure to working in a startup environment, learning how to adapt and multitask.
  • Be prepared for future career opportunities in Accounting, HR, or Operations.
