Job Description
At Vucar, your role is central to finding, attracting, and building a talented sales team, while also helping to optimize processes for the team's effective operation.
- Manage End-to-End Recruitment Process: Take primary responsibility for the entire recruitment cycle for Sales positions, from sourcing candidates and screening resumes to interviewing and final selection.
- Screening & Technical Interviews: Conduct resume screening, phone/online interviews, and directly assess the skills and experience (technical interview) of Sales candidates.
- Coordinate Culture Interviews: Support and coordinate with Sales Managers/Team Leaders during interview rounds focused on assessing cultural fit and mindset ("culture interview").
- Build & Develop Recruitment Channels: Proactively search for, test, and develop effective and sustainable recruitment channels (job boards, social media, referral programs, industry networks, etc.).
- Build Talent Pipeline: Create and maintain a quality candidate pool for current and future recruitment needs.
- Support Operations & Process Improvement: Track key recruitment metrics, contribute ideas, and implement solutions to improve the efficiency of the recruitment process and Sales team operations.
- Contribute to Employer Branding: Participate in activities to build Vucar's image as an attractive workplace.
- Support Onboarding: Coordinate support for the integration process of new Sales employees.
- Gain a solid understanding of Vucar's operational processes, "S-A-T" culture, and the specific requirements of Sales positions.
- Quickly adapt to and master the company's recruitment process within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Achieve the recruitment target of 10+ quality Sales hires for the team.
- Identify, implement, and demonstrate the effectiveness of at least 2-3 core, scalable recruitment channels.
- Build effective working relationships with Sales Team Leaders and relevant departments

- Excellent Communication & Interviewing Skills: Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and possess strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to Handle High Pressure & Fast Pace: Capacity to work effectively under pressure to meet targets (recruitment numbers) and adapt to the rapid changes of a startup environment. Can-do mindset!
- High Sense of Responsibility & Proactivity: Consistently take ownership of goals, proactively seek solutions, and improve work processes.
- Systematic & Logical Thinking: Ability to analyze, build, and optimize processes.
- Honesty & Transparency: Maintain integrity in all interactions and work processes.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related roles is a significant advantage. Preference given to candidates with experience in high-volume recruitment, especially for Sales/Telesales positions.
- Proficient with office tools and familiar with recruitment platforms and social media.

- Candidates with 0-3 years of experience in Recruitment, particularly in mass recruitment or Sales recruitment.
- Recent graduates or individuals with less than 2 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, etc., who have a strong passion for recruitment and human development and wish to grow in a startup environment.
