YOUR MISSION:

As a Business Development Fresher, you’ll be the bridge between car sellers and our smart auction platform. Your goal: make every car-selling experience simple, fast, and rewarding.

What you’ll do:

• Work with qualified leads – no cold calling.
• Consult sellers, verify car details, and guide them through the process.
• Join the inspection team on-site (~50km/week) and support sellers.
• Launch online auctions and connect sellers with the best-matched buyers.
• Assist in deal negotiation and ensure smooth documentation.

In 2-month probation:

• Master Vucar’s sales process and compliance workflows.
• Understand all legal & documentation procedures in car sales.
• Contact 3–5 new customers daily.
• Support the inspection of at least 15 cars/month (within ~50km of HCMC).
• Performance KPIs (during probation): Fresher: ≥ 5 closed deals, with minimum 1% take rate.

OUR BENEFIT:

• Fixed salary: 6,000,000 VND NET/month (fully paid during probation) + Commission: 35% – 55% per deal + Monthly bonus: 3M – 10M VND for >6 deals/month
