Job Description
At Vucar, you will focus on supporting the General Accountant and Human Resources department in daily tasks, ensuring data accuracy, process compliance, and contributing to overall operational improvements.
- Monitor revenue and issue invoices.
- Update daily revenue data on the CRM system.
- Input new data into the accounting software.
- Participate in organizing, classifying, and storing financial and legal documents and records in a scientific and easily retrievable manner.
- Assist with processes related to Social Insurance (BHXH), Health Insurance (BHYT), and Unemployment Insurance (BHTN) for employees (under supervision and guidance).
- Support in managing and preparing basic HR reports and internal surveys as required and instructed.
- Observe, propose, and participate in improving document organization processes and workflows related to accounting and HR.
- Support other tasks as assigned by the team or management.
- Participate in bi-weekly reviews to refine skills and contribute suggestions for improving work efficiency.
Objectives for the 2-Month Probation Period
- Familiarize yourself with and master Vucar's systems (CRM, accounting software), basic accounting processes (revenue, expenses, invoices), and relevant HR processes (records, basic social insurance).
- Quickly adapt to Vucar's fast-paced work environment and "S-A-T" culture.
- Accurately and timely execute revenue data entry tasks, invoice processing, and assigned HR support tasks.
- Learn and begin assisting the team with social insurance-related processes and other compliance tasks.
- Actively participate in improving existing document organization and workflows.
- Build effective working relationships with the General Accountant, HR department, and relevant team members.

Job Requirements
Essential requirements/competencies:
- Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in accounting.
- Strong understanding of Accounting Principles, VAT, Personal Income Tax, Corporate Income Tax, Social Insurance (BHXH), Health Insurance (BHYT), Unemployment Insurance (BHTN) processes, and basic HR procedures (further training will be provided).
- Proficient in office tools, especially Excel (basic functions, filtering, data sorting).
- Basic understanding or familiarity with accounting software (such as MISA AMIS, etc.) or CRM systems is a significant plus.
- Good communication and time management skills; proficiency in English is an advantage.
