Position Overview:

We’re a small, tight-knit team, where every role makes a big difference. We are looking for someone to join us on the retail side, and represent us through the sales of electric vehicles. This person will be in charge of managing their own work load, including new leads, on-going leads, call backs, follow ups and more. You will be representing Vyro with everyone conversation, and learning more about EV’s every day!

We will teach you everything you need to know about electric vehicles and of course selling electric vehicles.- and set you up with the tools you need to keep educating yourself and keep up to date with the latest news. Our main focus will be on customer service, wanting to provide the best customer experience with every phone call and email.

This role will be heavily focused on the results of your positive customer experiences and EV sales. While there will be KPI's to adhere to, we are positive you will reach these, so we will also provide uncapped commissions.

We won’t be looking to hire until April, but we want to reach the right people and give them the chance to really commit to this role - so if you think this role is for you, or you have any questions please apply/reach out! This role will be located in Sydney, NSW and will be a flexible hybrid arrangement.

Salary expectation: $60K + uncapped commissions!

Key role responsibilities:

  • Calling customers once enquiry is received
  • Turning leads into sales
  • Answering questions relating to EVs
  • Adhering to tight timelines
  • Managing your own workload
  • Prioritising leads
  • Updating customer records with each contact

Other responsibilities include:

  • Inbound customer enquiries
  • Assisting customers with trade-in vehicles
  • Providing guidance to customers on EV’s

Who we’re looking for:

  • A passion for sustainability and addressing climate change — an interest in electric cars is a bonus!
  • 2+ years of customer facing experience
  • 1+ years of sales support and execution or demonstrable equivalent skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • A self-starter, who’s hands-on, with a keen attitude to learn and grow the business
  • Capable of dealing with a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, actively prioritising workload and shifting focus as necessary
  • Demonstrated experience working independently and within a team
