Vyro is a fast-growing automotive SaaS company revolutionising digital retail for car manufacturers and dealerships. As we scale into Europe and beyond, we’re building out a new Activations Team focused on rolling out new clients and evolving existing ones. We're looking for a delivery-focused Technical Lead to spearhead this critical function.

As Technical Lead of the Activations Team, you’ll be the bridge between Vyro’s engineering team and our clients. You’ll lead the rollout of new dealerships and manufacturers onto our platform, work with existing clients to enhance their capabilities, and shape the engineering team that supports them.

This is a client-facing leadership role with a clear pathway to building out and scaling multiple delivery teams beneath you.

• Lead the technical delivery of onboarding and enhancing clients on the Vyro platform.
• Own key client relationships during rollout – from initial discovery through to launch and beyond.
• Confidently represent Vyro in client meetings, product workshops, and pre-launch calls – across timezones, if needed.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering to ensure a smooth activation experience.
• Hire, mentor and manage engineers as the Activations team scales.
• Drive hands-on development, integrations and delivery where needed.
• Apply best practices for integration design, API development, and data security.
• Identify and solve complex technical and business challenges with a pragmatic, can-do attitude.

• Strong engineering background in JavaScript, AWS, React, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of integration patterns, cloud architecture, and data security best practices.
• Proven experience in technical delivery, client onboarding or solution engineering.
• Experience leading projects or teams, formally or informally.
• Bonus: Experience in automotive, e-commerce, or enterprise SaaS.
