Now we’re building a dedicated Activations Team to get new customers live faster, at scale.||

The Role

We’re looking for a Customer Solutions Manager to own new customer rollouts. Think of it as a mix of customer success + project lead + problem-solver.

You’ll be the person clients trust to get them live — and the one making sure our small but mighty dev team delivers. This is a hands-on role where you’ll juggle client calls, technical problem solving, and team leadership — sometimes all in the same day.

You will:

  • Lead new client activations from kickoff to launch.
  • Manage and grow a small team of engineers dedicated to activations.
  • Translate client needs into clear technical tasks (and push back where needed).
  • Spot blockers early and get creative to solve them.
  • Help us turn rollouts from weeks into days by improving processes.
  • Be the face of Vyro for dealer groups and OEMs during onboarding.
  • Feed real-world insights back to our R&D team so the product keeps getting better.
About You

We don’t care about fancy titles or perfect resumes — we care about getting things done. You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Have experience in customer success, solutions delivery, or project management (SaaS a big plus).
  • Are comfortable talking APIs, workflows, and integrations (you don’t need to code, but you “get it”).
  • Love working with both clients and engineers.
  • Can handle the chaos of an early-stage startup and bring order without slowing things down.
  • Want to build something that scales globally.
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in automotive, enterprise SaaS, or integrations.
