About VyroVyro is building the operating system for the automotive industry. Our SaaS platform helps dealers and manufacturers sell cars online and in-store — from browsing and configuring, to finance, trade-ins, and aftersales.
We started as an EV retailer and now power brands like Polestar, Škoda, and CUPRA across APAC and Europe. We’re profitable, growing fast, and raising our Series A to scale across Europe and beyond.
Now we’re spinning up a dedicated Activations Team to roll out new customers faster and free up R&D.
The RoleWe’re looking for a Head of Activations to build and lead our activations function from the ground up. This is a player-coach role — you’ll work directly with clients on big rollouts while building the processes, playbooks, and team to scale activations globally.
You will:
- Own customer activations end-to-end, from kickoff to go-live.
- Lead and grow a small engineering squad focused on onboarding and rollouts.
- Design and refine processes that take implementations from weeks to days.
- Build strong relationships with dealer groups and OEMs, giving them confidence in Vyro.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product to feed back rollout insights and client needs.
- Hire, coach, and scale the activations team as we expand into new regions.
- Lay the foundation for a repeatable, scalable activations model that works globally.
You’re equally comfortable on client calls with an OEM exec as you are in the weeds with engineers solving a rollout blocker. You’ve built or led customer-facing technical delivery before, and you’re hungry to do it again at speed.
- 5+ years in customer success, solutions, or implementation leadership (SaaS preferred).
- Track record of leading projects or teams through complex software rollouts.
- Strong communication skills — you can hold your own with enterprise clients.
- Technical fluency (APIs, workflows, integrations — you “get it”).
- Experience building and leading a team.
- Startup DNA — you don’t just manage, you roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
- Bonus: Experience in automotive, enterprise SaaS, or global implementations.
- You’ll design and lead a whole new function in a fast-scaling SaaS business.
- Work directly with global brands rolling out cutting-edge automotive tech.
