Job Overview

The Sales Representative (B2B Tech Sales) is responsible for building strong relationships with this digital platform's existing and prospective customers and capitalizing on the value offered to the customers. Based on BANT terminology, you must target specific customer groups with prospective and existing customers. You must document interactions and schedule time to understand the customer's inventory storage and distribution requirements. The role will also require frequent outreach activities and developing business proposals and presentations with the given resources. This position will be based at the Wareflex office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In this role, you will support the founders with the demand side of logistics and technology services in Vietnam.

This is a new role and will contribute, strengthen, and coordinate our proactive approach for technology solutions under business development function. The incumbent will be engaged in identifying new and emerging opportunities, developing value-added offerings, developing new partnerships, and adding value to the existing skills in the product team. The primary purpose of this role is to support our revenue generation through a range of sales activities

to grow and support our existing digital products and providing inputs for further development, which deliver our vision, values, and ambitions for a resilient supply chain in the Vietnamese market & beyond.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Analysing customers' needs and recommending products.

• Discussing products with customers and explaining technical concepts simply

• Writing reports and proposals for vendors or clients related to technical products.

• Finding new customers and creating a sales relationship with them across Southeast

Asia market

• Building relationships with customers and encouraging long-term buyers

• Connecting with customers after a sales pitch to answer questions or provide advice

• Making sales pitches at demonstrations or conference events to persuade an audience

• Meeting sale targets

• Traveling to meet with vendors or to lead instructional demonstrations for a product

• Tracking sales and sharing sales information with a manager or team lead

• Researching the current market trends and learning about new technology products and providing feedback to product development team

• Coordination with other internal teams for any upsells/cross sells opportunities.

• Any other tasks as the need arises in new verticals and the markets

Essential skills Requirements:

● Exceptional interpersonal skills.

● Analytical skills, ability to understand complex issues and communicate them effectively, verbally and in writing

● Ability to persuade and influence, including influencing senior people internally and externally • Ability to deliver high-quality presentations and pitches

● Highly organized and able to develop systems and processes, prioritize, schedule tasks, and manage and resolve workload conflicts

Desired Background

● 3+ Years of similar experience in a well-known company based in Vietnam

● Knowledge of supply chain tech products is advantageous

● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese (this is non-negotiable)

● Able to start ASAP

● Graduate degree in the related field from a top University in Vietnam/Abroad
