We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Bilingual Content Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is eager to make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

Develop engaging bilingual content (English & Arabic) for social media platforms and WealthKarma’s app.
Write scripts, produce, and edit short-form videos (1-3 minutes) tailored to GCC expats.

Social Media Management:

Plan, create, and schedule content for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
Track performance metrics and optimize strategies to enhance engagement.

Creative Design:

Use tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro to create visually appealing videos, posts, and infographics.

Audience Engagement:

Craft culturally relevant content that resonates with expats in the GCC.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or video production.
Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
Strong understanding of GCC expat culture and preferences.
Highly motivated, with a desire to learn and grow in a startup environment.
