Our tech is ready, our team is battle-hardened, and our investors are fully behind us. Now, we are looking for our third partner to complete our founding team. This isn't a job posting for a sales leader. It is a search for a commercial co-founder to stand with us, architect our market entry, and lead the charge that will disrupt an entire ecosystem.

You are the missing piece of our puzzle. Your role is to take our unique technological advantage and translate it into market dominance. You won't be running a pre-existing playbook; you will be our partner in creating it. Your mission is to build the commercial proof that makes Whisper an undeniable market leader, and then to stand with us as we present that story to the world.

First, forge the undeniable market proof - the flagship customers and the repeatable commercial model - that validates our vision at scale. Then, stand shoulder-to-shoulder with us to lead the commercial narrative and close our Series A from a position of absolute strength.

Your Role as a Partner
  • Win Our Lighthouse Customers: You will personally secure the foundational, marquee clients whose names alone will validate our technology and create our category.
  • Architect Our Commercial Engine: You will design, build, and prove our entire go-to-market motion. This is your strategy to create and own.
  • Weaponize Market Feedback: You will channel insights from our first customers directly into our product strategy, ensuring our technological "secret weapon" is always one step ahead.
  • Be the Commercial Voice in Fundraising: You will be a key protagonist in our Series A raise. You will co-lead the narrative, articulating our market traction, customer validation, and unstoppable commercial strategy to the world's leading investors.

Location & Collaboration
  • Our operating model is built on the high-bandwidth collaboration that comes from working together in a shared location with a hybrid setting. We believe this is the fastest way to build a tight-knit, effective founding team.
  • To facilitate this, we offer a competitive relocation package for partners who need to move for the company, ensuring a smooth transition.

That said, our primary goal is to partner with the most transformative leader for this role. For an exceptional candidate, we are fully open to designing a flexible arrangement that prioritizes impact over geography.

Our Commitment to You: True Partnership & Ownership

Our compensation is structured for a partner with real skin in the game.

Initial Partnership Agreement:

  • Shared Investment: We provide a monthly retainer to ensure alignment and focus (amount to be discussed).
  • Shared Upside: You receive 35% of the First-Year Contract Value (ACV) for every customer you bring on board.
  • Foundational Equity: You receive 0.5% of company equity as a foundational stake, vesting monthly over 24 months with a 6-month cliff.

Formalizing Your CRO Role:

  • This partnership is the direct path to becoming our permanent Chief Revenue Officer.
  • This conversion will be formalized upon the successful close of the Series A round that you helped us achieve.
  • A reserved equity package of 2.0% to 5.0% will be waiting, cementing your position as a core architect and significant owner of the disruptive company we will build together.
