Job Description: We are looking for a Content Manager specialising in content creation and repurposing content for social media, blogs, and video. This role is designed for an individual with at least 3-years of experience in managing and executing digital content strategies for a tech startup. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing engaging, SEO-targeted content that resonates with targeted audiences and converts. You should possess strong skills in writing, editing, and repurposing content for various platforms and mediums. Video editing and research skills using current AI tools are a must.
-Repurposing and developing content from our webinars and events for social media, newsletters etc.
-Oversee the creation of engaging, brand-consistent content for social media, videos, blogs, and newsletters.
-Coordinate with the founding team to ensure content alignment with overall business objectives and brand voice.
Social Media Management:
-Manage and oversee Wizly’s social media accounts including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
-Develop and implement social media campaigns that align with marketing objectives.
-Analyse and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal engagement and growth
-Ability to launch paid campaigns on social platforms and understand the impact of it
Video Content Production:
-Lead the conceptualization, scripting, and production of compelling video content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
-Collaborate with videographers, editors, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality video content.
-Keep abreast of emerging trends in digital video to ensure Wizly’s content remains innovative and engaging.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Regularly track and analyse content performance across all platforms, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on content strategy success and ROI to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 3-4 years of professional experience in content management, with significant expertise in social media and video content.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective content strategies.
- Proficient in social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of content and video production AI processes and tools.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced skills in SEO and digital marketing.
- Experience with graphic design and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Prior experience in a tech-focused or similar industry.
