Are you eager to work closely with the co-founder & CEO of an innovative startup that’s transforming the e-commerce returns landscape? If you’re passionate about delivering value to customers and shaping a B2B product, this is the internship for you!

What you’ll do:

  1. Content Creation & Launches: Assist in the planning and execution of new product feature releases, creating training materials such as guides, videos, and other resources.
  2. Customer Insights & Engagement: Conduct research, analyze data, and collaborate with teams on customer onboarding and retention strategies.
  3. Marketing Support: Help develop compelling customer success stories and testimonials that illustrate the value of our product.

Who you are:

  • Internship should be part of your coursework.
  • Fluent in English communication skills (other European languages are a plus)
  • Strong interest in SaaS products and customer success
  • Curious, driven, and eager to learn about SaaS product management and customer success
  • Confident communicating with customers, both in writing and in meetings
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple tasks
  • Quick learner with a proactive approach; able to take initiative and ownership
  • Ability to memorize details like product specifications.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Suite.

Bonus skills:

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience in retail or customer service.

Internship details:

  • Location: Stockholm, with one to two days per week available for home office
  • Duration: 3 to 6 months, with start date as soon as possible
  • Compensation: This is an unpaid internship, ideal for students or recent graduates looking for real-world experience
