The main product, VIP Rewards, is a sales CRM and automation tool that operates as a white-labeled, non-app reward program for merchants and malls, utilizing payment terminals and WhatsApp for customer engagement. YOBO differentiates itself by eliminating the need for customers to download multiple apps, instead leveraging WhatsApp for easy access. The company has established partnerships with major brands and malls in Indonesia, onboarding over 50 malls with significant foot traffic, thus positioning itself strongly in the market.
