We’re building a new way for restaurants to sell — simpler, more efficient, and data-driven.
🎯 What You’ll DoThis role sits at the intersection of sales + operations, focused on converting inbound leads into active partners.
- Receive and follow up with restaurant leads generated from marketing campaigns
- Consult and guide partners via chat/call using structured scripts
- Clearly explain Yoosay’s value and convert leads into signed partners
- Close deals primarily through online channels (chat / telesales)
- Escalate to field visit only when necessary
- Support onboarding and basic setup to help partners go live
- Assist manager with other operational tasks when needed
- Fresh graduates / final-year students are welcome (training provided)
- Strong communication & persuasion skills (comfortable via phone/chat)
- Patient, proactive, and partner-focused mindset
- Able to follow process while still thinking independently
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Bonus: experience in telesales / sales ops / customer support
- Base salary: 4,000,000 VND/month
- Commission based on performance: up to 8,000,000 VND/month
