About the position
This role sits at the intersection of medicine, AI, and product management.
You are responsible for:

How it becomes clear, trusted, actionable product experiences
You will own medical product strategy end-to-end — from scientific validity to shipped features.
Activities and key responsibilities
Product Management & Execution
Define clear product requirements, success metrics, and trade-offs in collaboration with leadership
Work closely with Engineering, Data, Design, Growth, and Sales to design, build, and launch features
Drive PLG loops: onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention
Use the YOU(th) product daily to deeply understand user experience and identify improvements
Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product direction
Medical & Scientific Ownership
Define science-based health scores and recommendations following smartphone-based screenings
Ensure users are never “left alone” after measurement: every result leads to clear meaning and next actions
Research which biomarkers, conditions, and diseases are best suited for smartphone-based screening
Help define medical prioritization frameworks (frequency, accessibility, prevalence, impact)
AI & Screening Product Development
Define medical and biomarker requirements for AI screening models
Collaborate with AI Engineers to:
Define model inputs & outputs
Validate medical relevance
Turn models into product-ready features
Support early POCs and help translate research into ownable IP
Skills and experience
Medical degree (Dr. Med. or equivalent)
Strong understanding of AI / ML applied to medicine
3–5+ years of experience in product management
Previous experience in an early-stage startup or founding role
Ability to move from medical theory → product logic → shipped feature
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-driven mindset
Comfortable in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments
Deeply user-centric: obsessed with clarity, trust, and actionability
Excellent written and spoken English; English is our working language
Bonus Qualifications
Ability to prototype logic, flows, or even ship small things with AI tools
Familiarity with PLG products
Experience touching compliance, regulatory, or clinical validation

Timeline: Starting asap
Time commitment: Full time
Location: flexible and willing to relocate to Germany. In person presence is a must for us to build the culture and grow together.
