We’re looking for a Founding Product Designer who can unlock prevention for 8 billion people with us, turning complex health + AI systems into simple, lovable experiences that people use daily.

You will work closely together with the Founding Team, shaping the product and the culture.

This is an extremely crucial position for us, as we see Design, UI, UX as a competitive advantage for our product. You must be obsessed with “WOW” product experiences.

Skills and experience

3+ Years of Professional Experience

Experience in high-performing, fast-paced startup environments

A strong portfolio showing products users love, built in high-velocity teams

Exceptional ability to simplify complex, multi-step journeys (health, data, AI) into intuitive flows

Strong prototyping skills, with crisp visual and interaction clarity

Fluency with design systems, component thinking, and technical constraints

Outstanding command of visual design, UI patterns, and interaction principles

High bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating extremely fast

Comfort working with imperfect inputs, ambiguity, and evolving product scope

Excellent written and spoken English; English is our working language

Bonus points

You can code (any coding language, we are looking for multi-fluency and learning agility rather than a specific tech stack)

You are proficient leveraging AI tools during the design process

Experience designing AI-driven or data-heavy products

Experience in health, wellness, fintech, or other trust-critical domains

Activities and responsibilities

Design end-to-end user flows for new feature

Craft high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes

Own design projects from concept to shipped product

Work closely with Founders and Engineering

Be hands-on and scrappy: visuals, UX fixes, micro-interactions, experiments

Build and evolve a scalable design system without slowing the team down

Drive quick wins that materially improve clarity, trust, and engagement

Be obsessed with WOW products, raise the design quality

Help define YOU(th)’s design bar, principles, and culture
