About the position
You will work closely with the founding team to own revenue: turning qualified pipeline into signed contracts. YOU(th) is an early-stage startup, and you will be expected to take initiative and full ownership of the deals in your pipeline. As our Founding Account Executive, you'll run the full closing motion and shape how we sell to clinics, insurers, and health brands.
Activities and key responsibilities
Own full-cycle closing for qualified opportunities: discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
Take leads handed off by the SDR and drive them to signed contracts across target segments (clinics, insurers, and new segments)
Build and manage your own pipeline in parallel through outbound/inbound channels and in-person prospecting at trade fairs and conferences
Represent YOU(th) at industry events and conferences, generating and closing leads face-to-face
Continuously refine talk tracks, objection handling, and the Sales Playbook based on real deal outcomes
Partner closely with the SDR on lead quality and handoff, but own the relationship and the close
Skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of closing experience in B2B or B2B2C sales — a hands-on closer, not a Head of Sales/VP-level profile
Proven track record running full sales cycles end-to-end and hitting quota
Comfortable running discovery, demo, and negotiation calls solo
Excellent written and spoken English; English is our working language
Bonus Qualifications
Experience in HealthTech
Experience in another regulated industry (e.g. banking)
Background in high-growth, VC-backed environments
Fluency in 2+ languages

Total compensation: 120-150k
70k€ Base Salary + Equity
High Bonus/Commission (uncapped, tied to closed revenue)
