You will work closely with the founding team to build our outbound engine from scratch. YOU(th) is an early-stage startup, and you will be expected to take initiative and full ownership of generating and qualifying pipeline. As our Founding SDR, you'll be the driving force behind our top-of-funnel — hungry, hands-on, and always ready to pick up the phone.

💪 Activities and key responsibilities

Own top-of-funnel lead generation: research, prospect, and build target lists across our ICP segments

Run high-volume outbound — cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn — get on the phone and start conversations

Validate and continuously refine our ICP based on outbound results and market feedback

Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book first calls; keep the pipeline full

Run first discovery calls and a portion of demo calls to qualify fit, then hand off to the Account Executive to close

Lead our GTM experimentation — design and run tests on messaging, channels, and outreach sequences, and turn learnings into the playbook

Keep CRM and lead data clean so handoffs to the AE are seamless

Represent YOU(th) at trade fairs and events, generating and following up on leads face-to-face

🎓 Skills and experience

1+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or an SDR/BDR role — we're looking for hunger and drive over a long track record

Not afraid to pick up the phone and cold call — comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection

Interest in or basic familiarity with GTM tooling (Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar) — willingness to learn matters more than deep expertise

Excellent written and spoken English; German a plus

Highly driven, competitive, money-motivated — you want to earn through performance

Bonus Qualifications

Experience in HealthTech

Experience in another regulated industry (e.g. banking)

Background in high-growth, VC-backed environments

Fluency in German or another language
