What you’ll do:

  • Performing a full range of clinical hygiene services with precision and care customizing patient/client care guided by optimal care plan.
  • Assessing and case typing patients in alignment with clinical protocols to ensure appropriate and personalized care plans.
  • Supporting as an oral health educator, guiding patients toward healthy habits and long-term preventative care strategies.
  • Building strong and trusting patient relationships through every interaction—your positive attitude and professionalism will shine.
  • Creating a tailored experience for each patient based on their unique needs, expectations, and goals.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Completion of a recognized Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree program.
  • Registered Dental Hygienist status in good standing in with the CDHO
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, you’re as good at explaining care as you are at providing it.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, you’re comfortable managing a busy schedule with ease.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit clinical team.
  • Comfort with dental software systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience is a bonus!
  • Valid licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control protocols
  • Ability to perform vital signs measurement, medical imaging, and patient assessment accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills to educate patients effectively and work collaboratively within a team environment.
