Role Overview

As purchasing and inventory control administrators, you will be working under the Procurement Team to acquire goods and services needed by the organization at the best quality and price according to the regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels and create the reports
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and payment request data update
  • Identify and report the discrepancies of inventory data
  • Reconcile the incoming invoices with POs and Dos
  • Check and update the records of paid invoices
  • Ensure procurement master data are updated properly

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Ms. office, especially Ms. Excel
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to work with a lot of data
  • Having similar experiences in purchasing or inventory control is a plus
  • Familiar with beauty product components is a plus
  • Working arrangement: Remote, but should be available in total 4-8 hours a week (2-3 days) for online alignment biweekly updates with the procurement team.
