Product Regulatory & Quality Assurance

Product Regulatory & Quality Assurance ensure all of the products meet the quality standards and in conformance with the regulation from BPOM RI. PRQA team is expected to understand overarching regulations and quality standards for cosmetics, including pre-market and post-market processes. In order to maintain the company’s conformity to regulations and ensure the quality of products, we are looking for a PRQA Team (contract).

• Conduct QC sampling in goods receive process using AQL method and QC
• Sampling SOP, for existing products and NPD products in a timely manner
• Create QC sampling report for existing products and NPD products in a timely manner
• Assist in collecting and analyzing data of complaint handling related to Product’s quality
• Assist in document review and creating reports for regulatory and quality purposes
• Actively involved in any of PRQA’s task and responsibility

• Bachelor of pharmacy, bachelor of chemistry, or SMK Farmasi graduate
• Have a thorough knowledge of Quality Standards for Cosmetics Products in the goods-receiving process
• Experienced in finished goods QC Sampling process
• Excellent communication, and documentation skills
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Ability to follow procedure based on SOP or protocols
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and independently
• Strong time and program management, teamwork, execution and organizational skills
• Ability to work against tight timelines in a dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret and accurately utilize relevant data
