Role Overview

In order to drive the next level of growth for our brand and business, we are looking for a business leader to build, lead and scale one of company’s sales channel on the overall commercial strategy, including setting up promotion and campaign, build superior relationship, ensure in-store executions are excellent. This role will report to the VP of Commercial.
Responsibilities
- Build collaborative business relationships with external partners to enable joint value creation
- Design end-to-end campaign and promotional plan, and continuously seek improvement to achieve goals and maximum ROI
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of shoppers, categories, competition and market
- Develop business plan that includes volume forecast, target, demand creation and collaborate with Operations team to ensure supply readiness.
- Manage volume forecast and ensure superior execution in content, assortment, ratings and review, and search optimization in each of our e-retailer
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing and Brand to drive traffic and conversion, and campaign planning
- Sell business plan with conceptual selling and negotiation skill, managing conflicts, handling disagreement/objection, understanding retailers’ needs, industry dynamics and best practice proactively
- Develop capabilities that identify & quantify key business drivers and maximize sales & return on media and trade investments in overall e-commerce ecosystem
- Manage day-to-day operations including: inventory management, sales report, promotion set up, invoice and payment, and trade fund claim.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field with an excellent academic background
- Strong interest in the beauty and consumer goods industry
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience, with 1+ years specifically focused on the account management, particularly in FMCG industry or e-commerce
- Experience working in an e-commerce environment is a strong plus
- Strong analytic, high agility, and able to work under high pressure in a fast pace landscape
- Excellent communication skills together with the ability to influence others
- Master the ability to create value, find insights, plan and execute
