Role Overview

The brand marketing team spearheads strategies to establish a unique brand identity and promote products effectively. The team crafts comprehensive brand strategies, executes engaging product launches and marketing campaigns, and curates compelling content across various channels like social media, blogs, and emails.

Additionally, the team collaborates with influencers and industry partners, manages social media presence, analyzes market trends, and tracks performance metrics to optimize outreach and foster customer engagement. The goal is to build brand recognition, resonate with target audiences, and drive sales by leveraging innovative marketing approaches.

Responsibilities

  1. Direct Message Management: Handle incoming direct messages on social media platforms. Promptly responding to inquiries, providing information, and engaging with followers to ensure a positive brand interaction.
  2. Replying to Comments/Tags/Mentions: Engage actively by replying to comments/tags/mentions on social media posts, fostering discussions, and providing timely responses to maintain a vibrant and engaged community.
  3. Researching and Listing Potential Micro-Creators: Aid in researching and compiling a list of potential micro-creators or influencers who align with the brand's values and target audience for marketing activations. Assist in gathering information and data to support the selection process for collaborations and partnerships.
  4. Contacting Micro creator for Video Barter: Initiate and manage direct messages with micro-creators for potential video barter collaborations and negotiating terms for content creation partnerships.
  5. Product Shipping Coordination: Assist in coordinating the shipment of BASE products to micro-creators or influencers for collaborations, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries while maintaining proper inventory records.
  6. Performance Tracking: Track and analyze the performance metrics of engaged micro-creators, focusing on key indicators such as video views, content reach, engagement rates, and audience interaction.
  7. Performance Analysis: Identify and compile data on micro-creators who have previously collaborated with the brand and performed exceptionally well. This involves assessing their content's resonance with the audience, the growth in brand visibility, and the level of engagement generated. Develop reports to highlight the top-performing micro-creators, enabling the team to make informed decisions about re-engaging these creators for future marketing activations or partnerships.

Requirements

  1. Strong communication skills in written English and Indonesian.
