About the role

As a product designer, you'll collaborate with engineers to deeply understand workflows, research pain points, and design intuitive solutions to transform how products are designed. This role goes beyond visual design - you'll help in shaping Figr's upcoming design tools and determine which problems to solve first. If you're excited to define the future of design, this role is for you.

As a product designer at a design-forward company, you will:

• Create gorgeous, pixel-perfect interfaces and experiences
• Design animated interactions that delight users
• Develop versatile design systems that scale elegantly
• Conduct user research to deeply understand designers' needs
• Collaborate closely with engineers to implement new features and products

We’re excited to work with someone who:

• Has 1-3 years of experience in designing and shipping digital products
• Excels at UI/UX and visual design with a portfolio to prove it
• Has experience in creating design systems from scratch
• Is excited by the challenge of building a design platform from scratch
• Has startup experience but not required if you can hustle
• Has a background in graphic design and animation
• Has a passion for design ops and building design culture
• Is comfortable with fast-paced environments of a scaling startup
