About the Role:

We're hiring an Swedish-speaking Sales Development Representative. Your mission: make ~100 daily cold calls, book qualified meetings, and adhere to CRM processes, all while gearing up for future SDR responsibilities, including demos and client closings.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform ~100 outbound calls daily to target prospects.
  • Secure scheduled meetings for sales handoff.
  • Log activities and update lead status in the CRM.
  • Regularly sync with the Norwegian team for alignment.
  • Progress into demo-ready SDR with training and mentoring.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or bookings—SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Fluent/native in Swedish.
  • Should know their way around HubSpot
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and lead nurturing.
  • Organized, motivated, and team-oriented.
  • Ambitious and eager to step into advanced SDR responsibilities.
