About the Role:
We're hiring an Swedish-speaking Sales Development Representative. Your mission: make ~100 daily cold calls, book qualified meetings, and adhere to CRM processes, all while gearing up for future SDR responsibilities, including demos and client closings.

Responsibilities:
- Perform ~100 outbound calls daily to target prospects.
- Secure scheduled meetings for sales handoff.
- Log activities and update lead status in the CRM.
- Regularly sync with the Norwegian team for alignment.
- Progress into demo-ready SDR with training and mentoring.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or bookings—SaaS experience is a plus.
- Fluent/native in Swedish.
- Should know their way around HubSpot
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and lead nurturing.
- Organized, motivated, and team-oriented.
- Ambitious and eager to step into advanced SDR responsibilities.
