About The Role
We're looking for a Business Unit Leader/Manager to drive growth and delivery excellence for our PLM and Engineering Services vertical. This is a P&L-owning role combining strategic account management, business development, and delivery oversight for enterprise clients undergoing digital transformation, PLM implementation, and engineering modernization initiatives.

About The Role
We're looking for a Business Unit Leader/Manager to drive growth and delivery excellence for our PLM and Engineering Services vertical. This is a P&L-owning role combining strategic account management, business development, and delivery oversight for enterprise clients undergoing digital transformation, PLM implementation, and engineering modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the P&L for the PLM & Engineering vertical, driving revenue growth and margin targets
- Manage and grow key client accounts, acting as the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor
- Identify and close new business opportunities within existing and new accounts (upsell, cross-sell, net-new logos)
- Partner with delivery and technical teams to ensure successful execution of PLM Implementations (Teamcenter, other PLM), CAD (NX, Creo, CATIA), and engineering services projects
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of account managers, delivery leads, and technical consultants
- Develop go-to-market strategies, proposals, and pricing models for PLM/engineering service offerings
- Track and report on account health, pipeline, forecasts, and business unit performance to leadership
- Proven experience managing PLM and/or engineering services accounts at an enterprise level
- Strong understanding of PLM platforms (Teamcenter, other PLM) and/or CAD ecosystems (NX, Creo, CATIA, SolidWorks)
- Track record of P&L ownership, account growth, and new business development
- Excellent stakeholder management skills comfortable engaging CXOs, IT leaders, and engineering heads
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or industrial engineering domains preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Leadership role with direct impact on business growth
