Objective: As a Business and Marketing Intern at Merx, you will have the unique opportunity to be a part of a scaling business, directly contributing to our growth and success. You will work closely with the founders, gaining invaluable experience and insights into managing a startup in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence. This includes content creation, social media management, market research, and analyzing marketing trends.
• Operational Enhancements: Spearhead the optimization of Merx's operational processes by efficiently managing and coordinating schedules, overseeing correspondence, and meticulously organizing company records to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Growth Initiatives: Collaborate on growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to customer acquisition efforts.
• Project Management: Participate in various projects, offering innovative ideas and solutions to drive business growth.
