Job Description:

  • Assist in project administration (emails, trackers, contracts, BPJS, official letters, etc.).
  • Conduct inventory tracking for purchased and distributed items to partners.
  • Assist in tracking quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), and invoicing.
  • Support the recap of PWA and employee attendance in the project.
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding project administration.


Qualifications:

  • Active student or fresh graduate in Statistics, Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented with strong document management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
