We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing
team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling insurance products and providing tailored
advice to meet individual and business client needs.

Key Responsibilities
π€ Understand Client Needs:
Identify and assess clientsβ insurance requirements through effective questioning
and listening.
π Tailored Insurance Solutions:
Design and present customized insurance plans based on individual needs.
π Relationship Management:
Build, manage, and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure high levels of
satisfaction, trust, and policy renewals.
π― Sales Performance:
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets, conversion goals, and other
key performance indicators (KPIs).
π Market & Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to
provide accurate and timely advice.
π¬ Customer Service Excellence:
Address client queries, objections, and concerns in a patient, professional, and
timely manner.
π Work Schedule:
6 days a week (24 working days per month) with daily login hour adherence and
attendance expectations.
Required Qualifications
β Language Proficiency:
β English must, secondary Kannada or Tamil
β Educational Qualification:
β Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
β Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
β Strong verbal communication with clear articulation
β Excellent listening skills and ability to hold natural, non-scripted conversations
β Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused approach
β Sales & Client Handling Abilities:
β Good negotiation and persuasion skills
β Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
β Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:
β Capable of handling objections and queries smartly
β Sound judgment and quick thinking during customer interactions
β Personal Attributes:
β Should come across as genuine, not robotic
β Professional, polite, and positive attitude under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
β Insurance Knowledge:
β Solid understanding of insurance products, terms, and benefits
β Sales Experience:
β Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in financial or insurance sectors
β Market Familiarity:
β Good awareness of the local insurance market, competitors, and customer
behavior
β Technical Skills:
β Proficiency in CRM tools (like Salesforce, LeadSquared, Zoho) and digital sales
platforms
