About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Individual to join our growing

team. In this role, you will be responsible for Inside Sales and providing tailored

advice to meet individual and business client needs.

Pay : 14k - 25k INR

Location - Remote / Work from Home

Language - Must know English + Tamil +Hindi

Key Responsibilities

Understand Client Needs:

• Identify and assess clients insurance requirements through effective questioning and listening.
  
  

Relationship Management

• Build, manage, and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction, trust, and policy renewals.
  
  

Sales Performance

• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets, conversion goals, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  
  

Required Qualifications

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Must score Versant Level 3 or above
  
  

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

• Strong verbal communication with clear articulation
• Excellent listening skills and ability to hold natural, non-scripted conversations
• Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused approach
  
  

Sales & Client Handling Abilities

• Good negotiation and persuasion skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:
• Capable of handling objections and queries smartly
• Sound judgment and quick thinking during customer interactions
