Job Description and Vital KRA’s:
• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote properties and generate leads
* Engage the client in conversation, give a complete picture of the project by providing USP’s and convince them for site visit.
• Respond to inbound calls and answer queries related to the projects
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with potential buyers
• Maintain construction updates and coordinate with buyers
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
• Follow up with clients to provide additional information and gather feedback
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and project details
• Periodic presentation to promoters on the performance of the leads (Weekly/Monthly)
• Should be flexible to travel to our sites/office regularly for training and client visits
