Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will also be tasked with providing product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications
  • Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations and negotiate contracts
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the technology or HR industry is a plus
