Were seeking a Talent Acquisition & Partnerships Associate to own the engine that fuels our growth-bringing in both candidates and companies and selling to them. This is not a traditional recruiter role. Youll be building the frontlines of a new hiring paradigm: skill-based, blockchain-verified, and trustless. Perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of talent, sales, and startup hustle.
Proof-of-Skill Protocol is a blockchain-based system that verifies & stores a candidates skills, identity, work history, and education-eliminating repetitive, costly hiring steps like resume screening, assignments, and background checks, allowing companies to hire smarter, faster.
Qualifications And Skills
1+ years of experience in recruitment, partnerships, or sales (startup/tech preferred). Strong ability to sell ideas and products to both candidates and companies. Proven track record of building and scaling pipelines from scratch. Great communication and relationship-building skills. Bonus: Blockchain/Web3 exposure or curiosity to dive into decentralized hiring.
Responsibilities
Bring in both candidates and companies-and sell them on why Proof-of-Skill is the future of hiring. Build and manage acquisition pipelines for talent and organizations. Work closely with founders to craft GTM strategies for candidate & company growth. Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for our first hires while also onboarding companies to the protocol. Act as a sales rep and evangelist-pitching Proof-of-Skill to HR leaders, recruiters, and candidates. Foster a culture of innovation and disruption across the team.
