Growth (Primary Ownership)
- Own K-factor, organic growth, and product-led distribution
- Design and ship growth loops using Proof-of-Skill as the shareable artifact
- Work with product to turn features into distribution engines
- Own brand narrative across social, product, website, and sales touchpoints
- Build Proof of Skill as a category-defining voice in hiring and trust
- Lead social strategy and execution (founder brand + company brand)
- Own high-leverage content: positioning, copy, visuals, short-form video
- Translate complex ideas (AI, trust, verification) into simple, compelling stories
- Support sales with sharp, outcome-focused marketing collateral
- Define growth metrics, funnels, and experiments
- Analyze behavior using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, MS Clarity
- Run fast loops: hypothesize execute measure iterate
- Actively use AI tools for content, design, video, research, and automation
- Continuously improve speed and output quality using AI workflows
- 5+ years owning growth, marketing, or communications at startups or digital-first brands
- Strong intuition for product-led growth and referral mechanics
- Deeply comfortable with analysis + execution (not just strategy decks)
- Excellent storyteller with strong written and visual judgment
- High-agency, owner-mindset, low-ego operator
- Based in Mumbai
- Scaled a D2C, marketplace, or community-led product
- Worked with crypto, blockchain, or developer-first products
- Built or scaled college / early-career communities
- Previously owned and improved K-factor or organic growth loops
