Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) for a full-time role at
Proof-of-Skill. This is a remote role. As part of our team, you will play a key role in driving
outbound efforts, connecting with startups, and building the companys early revenue
pipeline.
Qualifications And Skills
Strong communication skills (spoken and written) to engage with founders and
decision-makers
Ability to clearly explain products and handle objections
Comfort with outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls)
Basic understanding of startups and hiring ecosystem
Ability to manage and track leads using simple tools (CRM, Sheets)
Self-driven with high ownership in a remote setup
Willingness to learn and iterate based on feedback
Strong follow-up and persistence skills
Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential customers (startups, HRs, founders)
Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and calls
Pitch Proof-of-Skill and communicate its value clearly
Schedule demos and manage the sales pipeline
Maintain records of conversations and track progress
Follow up consistently to move leads through the funnel
Work closely with the founders on GTM execution
Provide market feedback to improve messaging and product
