Job Overview

We are seeking an AI Marketing Specialist (Automation & Personalization) for a full-time role at Proof-of-Skill. This is a remote role. You will be responsible for leveraging AI tools and automation to optimize marketing campaigns, personalize user experiences, and drive growth across channels.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (email, social, performance marketing)
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content, analytics, and personalization (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.)
  • Ability to segment audiences and create personalized marketing journeys
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and campaign performance metrics
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and customer lifecycle management
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Self-driven with high ownership in a remote setup
