Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Mobile Developer role based in Bengaluru. You will design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for both Android and iOS, ensuring high performance, reliability, and a seamless user experience. Your day-to-day work will include writing clean, modular code, integrating APIs, collaborating with product and design teams, and deploying features end-to-end. You will own the mobile function, from architecture and tooling to monitoring, analytics, and iteration based on user feedback. The role involves working in a fast-paced, product-led environment similar to leading B2C and e-commerce platforms, with high expectations of quality, speed, and autonomy.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Mobile Application Development, including building and shipping Mobile Applications at scale, preferably in B2C or e-commerce environments.
- Hands-on expertise in iOS Development and Android development (native or cross-platform), with strong understanding of platform guidelines and store deployment processes.
- Solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Software Development principles, including design patterns, testing, and version control (e.g., Git).
- Degree from an IIT or an equivalent tier-1 engineering institute, with strong fundamentals in computer science or a related field.
- Prior experience working on consumer-facing apps at companies such as Urban Company, Flipkart, or similar high-scale B2C platforms.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to own the full mobile function, make technical decisions, and operate with minimal supervision.
- Comfort working closely with product, design, and backend teams, and communicating clearly in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, performance optimization, analytics tools, and basic CI/CD practices for mobile is highly desirable.
- Interest in the future of work, hiring technologies, and skill-based assessment is a plus.
Compensation ranges from 10–20 LPA plus ESOPs, depending on experience and interview performance.
