we're hiring a founding talent partner to source for proof of skill & the companies that hire through us, and to help sell that capability into new accounts. half recruiter, half closer.
what you'll do
* own full-cycle sourcing & recruiting for our client companies across tech, product & business roles. intake to offer.
* source aggressively across linkedin, job boards, referrals, communities & your own network. then use yoshi & the proof stack to screen & verify faster than any agency on the market.
manage & leverage relationships with recruiting agencies pan-india to scale pipeline when needed.
* partner closely with hiring managers at our client companies to understand role requirements & calibrate fast.
* build & maintain a warm bench of high-quality passive candidates you can place across multiple clients. source once, place many.
* drive a fast, structured interview process: screening, coordinating & closing with urgency.
track funnel metrics & continuously optimize time-to-hire & quality-of-hire.
* act as a commercial partner, not just a recruiter. pitch posk's sourcing into prospective clients, run discovery on their hiring pain & turn it into signed mandates.
* own & grow the accounts you deliver into. every role you fill well is the upsell into the next five.
* carry a number. your work ties to revenue (mandates, placements, account expansion), not just reqs closed.
who you are
* 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally a mix of agency & in-house.
proven track record closing tech & startup roles (engineering, product, growth).
* strong agency background. you know how to work the market, not just post & pray.
deep, active network of recruiting agencies across india.
* excellent at candidate experience. responsive, direct & respectful of people's time.
* high-agency & self-driven. you don't wait for a process, you build one.
* you can sell. you're comfortable on a client call, running outbound & closing a commercial conversation, not only a candidate one. if selling makes you flinch, this isn't your role.
* based in mumbai.
major plus if you've
* recruited for early-stage startups (series a & below).
* placed candidates internationally or worked with global hiring mandates.
* experience hiring for ai-native companies.
* built or managed a small recruiting team.
* sold or delivered a recruiting service (raas, agency, embedded). you've lived on the revenue side of hiring, not only delivery.
