Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of accounting discipline and business finance. You will maintain accurate books of accounts, perform detailed reconciliations, and build financial and sales MIS.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain books using Tally, record/verify transactions, coordinate with external finance firms
  
• Reconciliation Management: Reconcile payment gateways, bank statements, marketplace settlements, returns and refunds
  
• Compliance & Statutory Filings: GST and TDS filings, coordinate with external consultants
  
• Financial MIS & Reporting: Daily sales reports, channel-wise revenue reporting, financial dashboards
  
• Business Finance & Profitability Analysis: Analyse pricing, margins and profitability across channels
  

Ideal Candidate

• 1–3 years in accounting or finance roles
  
• Strong knowledge of Tally and accounting principles
  
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
  
• Understanding of GST, TDS and statutory compliance
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy
