About the role

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant who has handled cross-border startup finance. You will own end-to-end finance operations, compliance, audits and investor reporting for both our Indian Pvt Ltd and our US C-Corp.

If you have handled Delaware filings, GST, TDS, transfer pricing, fundraising due diligence and data room management, this role is for you.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end accounting, audits and compliance for the Indian and US entities.
  
• Work with CA and CPA firms so every filing is on time (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, Delaware franchise tax, IRS).
  
• Keep books, board resolutions and cap tables accurate across both countries.
  
• Run monthly closings, burn rate reports and investor dashboards.
  
• Support fundraising, including due diligence, SAFE and convertible note tracking, and data room setup.
  
• Handle vendor payments, reimbursements, international wire transfers and FX compliance.
  
• Build and track budgets, forecasts and financial models for planning.
  
• Work with banks, payment gateways and treasury platforms to keep cash flow smooth.
  
• Stay compliant on transfer pricing, intercompany transactions and cross-border tax.
  
• Work directly with the founders to match financial controls to how fast we grow.
  
  

What we are looking for

• Chartered Accountant (CA). This one is a must.
  
• 2 to 5 years in startup or cross-border finance.
  
• Strong grasp of Indian and US compliance (GST, TDS, FEMA, 409A, Delaware tax and more).
  
• Good understanding of fundraising instruments such as SAFEs, convertible notes and equity.
  
• Clear documentation and communication with people across countries.
  
• Comfortable with QuickBooks, Tally, Excel or Google Sheets, and Notion.
  
• Bonus: you have seen crypto or blockchain money flows, or treasury tools.
