Location: Bengaluru, India (On-Site)

Type: Full-Time

Compensation: ₹6 to ₹8 LPA (CTC)

The Opportunity: Growth, Operations, and Health-tech Execution

This is not a conventional entry-level role.

The Founder’s Office is the strategic nerve center of Stance Health. As part of Founder’s Office, you will act as a direct extension of the founding team, driving high-impact growth initiatives across revenue, partnerships, expansion, and operations.

You will work on problems that directly affect the company’s trajectory, not just support them.

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will wear multiple hats and drive critical growth initiatives across the company:

Business Growth & Revenue Acceleration

· Collaborate directly with founders to identify and execute high-impact growth opportunities.

· Own top-of-funnel initiatives across Meta ads and content

· Drive new revenue channels, partnerships, and expansion strategies.

· Support go-to-market (GTM) initiatives across new services, programs, and geographies.

· Improve customer acquisition, retention, and monetization funnels.

· Assist in structuring pricing, packaging, and business models.

Operations & Execution

· Translate high-level business vision into structured execution roadmaps.

· Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.

· Work across sales, marketing, clinical, and operations teams to improve efficiency.

· Support new clinic launches, partnership onboarding, and pilot programs.

· Ensure growth experiments are properly tracked, analyzed, and optimized.

Data & Performance Management

· Build and maintain dashboards tracking revenue, growth metrics, partnerships, and performance KPIs.

· Analyze business data to generate actionable insights.

· Prepare structured reports and presentations for leadership and investor discussions.

· Continuously optimize performance based on measurable outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 1–3 years of experience in startups, business development, growth, consulting, operations, or similar high-execution environments.

· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Tech, or equivalent).

Note: No postgraduate qualification required or preferred.

· Strong business acumen and commercial thinking.

· High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory).

· Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability.

· Exceptional communication skills — written and verbal.

· Ability to independently own and execute cross-functional initiatives.
