· 3+ years of relevant experience in Musculoskeletal, Orthopaedic, or Sports Physiotherapy, OR
· 2+ years of experience in Sports Academies, High-Performance Centers, or Elite Sports Environments.
Compensation: ₹45,000 - ₹50,000 per month + Performance Incentives (₹7,000 - ₹12,000) + Yearly Bonuses.
Qualification:
- MPT (Sports Physiotherapy) / MPT (Orthopaedics) / MPT (Musculoskeletal / MSK Physiotherapy)

Role Overview
As a Senior / In-charge Physiotherapist - MSK & Sports, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while leading day-to-day clinical and operational activities at the center.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports injury management, and movement optimization, along with the ability to mentor team members, oversee center operations, and ensure a world-class patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities
· Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and establish accurate clinical diagnoses.
· Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions.
· Deliver manual therapy, exercise therapy, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement programs.
· Utilize technology-driven assessment tools and outcome measures to monitor patient progress.
· Educate patients regarding injury prevention, recovery strategies, posture, ergonomics, and long-term wellness.
· Collaborate with Strength & Conditioning Coaches and multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
· Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
Leadership & Team Management
· Provide clinical leadership and guidance to physiotherapists and support staff.
· Mentor junior physiotherapists and facilitate continuous professional development.
· Drive adherence to clinical protocols, patient care standards, and organizational processes.
· Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and patient-centric culture within the center.
· Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives when required.
Center Operations & Administration
· Oversee smooth day-to-day functioning of the center.
· Ensure operational readiness of treatment areas, rehabilitation zones, and equipment.
· Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline of center staff.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address operational requirements and facility-related concerns.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, and quality benchmarks.
· Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and service delivery.
· Support achievement of center performance, revenue, and patient retention goals.
Business & Patient Experience
· Build strong relationships with patients and ensure exceptional patient experiences.
· Drive patient engagement, adherence to treatment plans, and long-term program participation.
· Contribute to community outreach, workshops, sports partnerships, and awareness initiatives.
· Actively support the growth and development of the center.
Required Skills & Competencies
· Strong expertise in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy.
· Sound understanding of rehabilitation, exercise prescription, and movement science.
· Knowledge of injury prevention and performance enhancement strategies.
· Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice approach.
· Leadership and team management capabilities.
· Excellent communication and patient counselling skills.
· Strong organizational and operational management abilities.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
· Certification in Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, Sports Rehabilitation, or related specialties.
· Experience working with athletes, sports teams, academies, or high-performance centers.
· Exposure to strength and conditioning principles is desirable.
