At Stance Health, we're building AI-powered clinical tools that are actually in use - voice agents, multi-agent summarizers, RAG pipelines, and prognosis reasoners. This isn't a "learn the basics" internship. We're looking for someone who can contribute to production systems from week one.

You'll work directly with the engineering team on backend features, AI integrations, and internal tooling that supports our clinical and assessment workflows.

Duration - 6 months, can be converted to full-time based on performance during internship.

Stipend - ₹25,000/- per month.

Location - HSR Layout, Bangalore.

Preferrable Pass Batch - 2025 - 2026 / 2026 - 2027 (Last Semester).

What you'll work on:

• Backend APIs and services using Python (FastAPI) and Node.js

• AI/LLM integrations — agents, RAG pipelines, structured output, prompt engineering

• Database work across MongoDB, including real-time pipelines and aggregation

• Internal tooling for clinical assessments and patient data workflows

• Code reviews, testing, and documentation as a genuine part of the process

What we're looking for:

• Strong Python fundamentals: you've shipped something real, even if it's personal

• Familiarity with REST APIs, server-side frameworks, and at least one database

• Curiosity about LLMs, agents, or AI systems; prior exposure is a bonus, not a requirement

• Comfortable with Git and basic dev workflows

• Pursuing or recently completed a CS, IT, or related degree

• Clear communicator who takes feedback well and moves fast

Nice to have :

• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, vector databases (ChromaDB, Pinecone), or embedding models.

• Built a project involving any AI/ML component doesn't need to be production (production adds to the brownie points).

• Interest in healthcare, physio, or clinical tech.
